Customer Service Executive

Hiring: Customer Service Executive (Supply Chain & CMO Operations) | UAE /Contract:

24-Month Contract

We are hiring a Customer Service Executive for a leading multinational pharmaceutical company.

We are specifically looking for professionals with strong experience in Contract Manufacturing Operations (CMO), Supply Chain & Logistics, and Finance Management (Budgeting & P&L Tracking).

Key Requirements:

• 5-7 years of Supply Chain / Logistics experience within Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or regulated industries

• Hands-on experience managing Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO) / External Manufacturing Operations

• Experience with cross-border shipments, trade routes, freight forwarding and 3PL management

• Strong exposure to Budgeting, P&L Tracking, Cost Control, Vendor Payments and Purchase Orders

• Experience working closely with Supply Planning and Finance teams

• Fluent in English and Arabic
