We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services and products.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
