About the role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Executive to join our team in Dubai.

In this role, you will support clients with their day-to-day queries and help ensure a smooth overall experience. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure requests are handled efficiently.

This role suits someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client queries in a clear and professional manner
  • Assist clients with platform access and general usage
  • Follow up on open requests and ensure timely handling
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Compliance and Sales when needed
  • Guide clients to the appropriate team or entity for account-related matters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues when required
  • Support improvements in overall client service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in financial markets is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
