About the role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Executive to join our team in Dubai.
In this role, you will support clients with their day-to-day queries and help ensure a smooth overall experience. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure requests are handled efficiently.
This role suits someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client queries in a clear and professional manner
- Assist clients with platform access and general usage
- Follow up on open requests and ensure timely handling
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Compliance and Sales when needed
- Guide clients to the appropriate team or entity for account-related matters
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues when required
- Support improvements in overall client service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Interest in financial markets is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
