Key Accountabilities
* Collect and analyze department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports from all monitoring activities within the Customer Experience Department.
Reporting & Documentation
* Assist in preparing reports in Excel and dashboards.
* Ensure timely submission of required reports.
Qualification & Experience
* Excellent oral and written skills in English.
* Must be an expert in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PPT, Power BI etc.).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
