Designation: Customer Service executive

Job requirements:

• Update terminals where batch settlement is not being performed by merchants.
• Train merchants on acceptance of Banking products.
• Deploy marketing materials for Banking products.
• Recover unused or inactive terminals from merchant locations and ensure proper documentation.
• Initiate and process insurance claims for terminals that are lost, damaged, or untraceable.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a Graduate.
• Should be currently located in UAE.
• Driving license is a must.
• Good Communication Skill.
