Customer Service - German Language

What You'll Do

• Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels
• Communicate professionally with German-speaking customers
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Resolve issues while maintaining a strong customer-service experience
• Accurately document interactions and update relevant systems
• Follow established processes and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with internal teams when additional support is required

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• German language proficiency – B2 level or higher
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German
• Good customer-service and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working from the office in Cairo
• Willingness to work within the assigned shift window
