Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Alexandria, Egypt. As the Customer Service Manager, you will oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, resolving customer issues, implementing strategies to enhance customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will also analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing customer feedback and improving service processes
- Excellent Communication skills for managing teams and interacting with clients effectively
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Experience in a managerial customer service role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
