Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager, located in Cairo. The Customer Service Manager will oversee daily operations of the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence. Responsibilities include managing customer support processes, resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly, analyzing customer feedback to improve services, and building strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. The role also involves training and mentoring the team to meet performance goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management
  • Experience in Customer Support with a focus on driving positive client experiences
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and improve processes
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
  • Leadership and organizational skills to motivate and oversee a team
  • Proven experience in a customer service or management role, preferably in real estate or associated industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage
