Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Customer Service Manager. The individual in this position will oversee and lead the customer service team, develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure a seamless customer support experience. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, analyzing service metrics, and continuously improving customer experience processes. The Customer Service Manager will serve as a key point of contact, aiming to maintain and enhance relationships with customers while ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and analyzing customer service metrics
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build strong relationships
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a customer service leadership role
