Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to parents, guiding them through their child's course progress, available learning resources, and tools.
  • Provide tailored recommendations and solutions based on individual student needs and parental concerns.
  • Build trusted partnerships with parents to boost student engagement and academic performance.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all parent interactions in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet daily outreach and engagement targets to support student success and retention.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in any field.
  • Arabic speaker with at least B2 level proficiency in English.
  • Experience in customer service, especially using English, is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive, empathetic approach with a passion for helping others.
