Customer Service Receptionist

Are you friendly and enjoy dealing with people

We are looking for a junior Customer Service Receptionist to join our team in Giza, Egypt. You will be the first person customers see, and you will help create a positive first impression.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and visitors in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Direct customers to the correct department.
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized.
  • Provide basic administrative support when needed.

Requirements:

  • No previous experience required (great opportunity for beginners).
  • Good communication skills in Arabic.
  • Presentable appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Punctual and reliable.
