Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer concerns and complaints, processing orders, and providing information about products and services. The representative will also maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
