Role Overview:

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our growing e-commerce operations. You will handle customer queries across phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a smooth and positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and products
• Resolve complaints professionally and within defined SLAs
• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for order fulfillment issues
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Capture customer feedback and escalate complex cases when required.

Requirements:

• Arabic fluency is mandatory; English proficiency required
• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
