About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Sales & Customer Service Representatives. This role combines proactive sales with exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
- Identify and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Customer Service:
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide product/service information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Language: Fluency in English (B2-C1)
