Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: New Cairo

Employment Type: Full-time

Shifts: Night & Overnight

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Sales & Customer Service Representatives. This role combines proactive sales with exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Identify and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Customer Service:

  • Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide product/service information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Language: Fluency in English (B2-C1)
