Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our Qesm El Maadi location. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer needs, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing the overall customer experience through clear, professional, and empathetic communication.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, including managing customer inquiries and resolving concerns effectively
  • Skills in Customer Support and maintaining high standards of Customer Satisfaction
  • Knowledge and experience in enhancing Customer Experience and delivering tailored solutions
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and problem-solving
  • Adaptability to dynamic working environments and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and meet performance goals
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications are advantageous
