Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (English Account) located in New Cairo. The Customer Service Representative will handle direct interactions with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include responding to customer queries promptly and professionally, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills
  • Experience as Customer Service Representatives or in similar roles
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively handle customer interactions
  • Knowledge of account management principles for client-related tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems efficiently
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written communication)
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a bonus
