Customer Service Representative - English Account At Teleperformance (TP), a global leader in digital business services partnering with the world's most recognized brands, we're hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing team in New Cairo.

Location: New Cairo Plaza (On-site) Transportation: Provided across Cairo & Giza (Door-to-door after 11 PM) What You'll Be Doing

Communicate with global customers to manage inquiries and provide high-quality solutions.

Maintain professional standards and represent world-class brands.

Manage customer interactions via phone in a dynamic service environment.

Collaborate with your team to meet performance targets and ensure client satisfaction. Who We're Looking For

English Proficiency: B2 level or above (Spoken & Written).

Education: Open to Graduates only .

Experience: No prior experience required (Full paid training provided).

Flexibility: Comfortable with rotational shifts (evenings and weekends).
