Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative - Sales or Travel Accounts, located in Cairo. The role involves managing customer inquiries related to sales or travel, providing timely and professional support, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout service interactions. Responsibilities also include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and collaborating with team members to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Prior experience in sales or travel-related services is preferred
  • flexibility with rotational shifts
  • Proficiency in English
