Customer Service Representative (English / Spanish)

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support role based in Cairo. The Customer Support Specialist will be tasked with handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service interactions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer records, escalating concerns when necessary, and contributing to improving the overall customer experience. The role demands effective communication and problem-solving skills to represent the company's client-centric values.

• Proficiency in customer service and support, with a focus on resolving inquiries and issues effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers professionally
• Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Technical skills related to call center software, CRM systems, or other customer service tools
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
