We are hiring a CustomerService Advisor for a leading organisation in the financial services industry. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for customer service and delivering a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide support on services, plans, and schemes
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases when required
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM documentation
• Educate customers on digital and e-channel platforms and promote their usage
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable supporting customers across phone and digital channels
