About the Role:
Maison Chat is looking for a highly social, driven Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, helping cat owners transition to fresh food and converting them into loyal subscribers. This is a performance-driven opportunity for a natural communicator who thrives on building real relationships and actively growing a client portfolio.
What You'll Do:
- Onboarding & Conversion: Guide new customers through the initial trial and onboarding phases, actively working to turn them into long-term subscribers.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers, acting as their go-to person for their cats needs.
- Account Support: Manage customer profiles, handle incoming requests, and resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations and fulfillment.
- Flexible Support: Operate with flexible working hours, taking responsibility for handling time-sensitive customer inquiries and team coordination whenever needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Languages: Fully bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Personality: Highly social, outgoing, and exceptionally skilled at talking to people and building rapport.
- Work Style: Comfortable in a remote setup and highly adaptable to non-traditional, flexible working hours.
Compensation Structure:
- This role is designed to reward growth and retention.
- You will receive a base salary paired with a lucrative, uncapped bonus structure.
- Your bonuses are calculated as a percentage based on the size of your portfolio (total number of active subscribers) and your ability to hit monthly targets.
