This position will be based in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service inquiries
- Promotes company products by suggesting information about other products and services
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying customer's complaints over phone and email
- Preparation of sales orders
- Informs customers on status of their orders
- Works closely with the Sales team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven 3 years of customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel
- Possesses good communication skills and attention to details
- Can work well under pressure and display good organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
