Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves daily interactions with customers to provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, addressing concerns effectively, and maintaining a high standard of communication while representing the company. Candidates will ensure a positive customer experience through proactive and attentive support.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service Representative skills
  • Proficiency in Communication, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Account Management and managing customer relationships
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward resolving customer concerns
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Fluency in English and any additional language skills are advantageous
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
