Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in New Cairo. The Customer Service Representative will assist customers by addressing inquiries, providing product information, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities will also include maintaining a positive customer experience throughout all interactions, maintaining records of communications, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Experience to create positive interactions and build lasting relationships
• Strong skills in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction by resolving queries efficiently
• Excellent ability to manage customer communication and coordinate with team members effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations
• Experience in the apparel or retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is advantageous
