Role Objective We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Social Media Moderator & Telesales Specialist to join our team in Cairo. This hybrid role is designed for a professional who can seamlessly transition from digital engagement to direct sales. He/She will be the primary point of contact for our potential clients, responsible for managing our online presence and converting inquiries into successful deals via calls and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

● Digital Engagement: Monitor and respond to all messages and comments across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

● Lead Management: Qualify incoming leads and organize them for immediate follow-up.

● Sales Conversion: Conduct outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to close sales.

● WhatsApp Business: Manage official communication to provide information and finalize deals.

● CRM Maintenance: Accurately record all interactions, lead statuses, and sales data.

● Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent, helpful, and persuasive brand voice across all communication channels.

● Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in Social Media Moderation, Telesales, or Customer Success.

● Location: Must be based in Cairo.

● Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

● Work Setup: Primarily based at our Cairo HQ, with the flexibility for partial or full work-from-home days based on operational needs.

● Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
