Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and MENA Region

Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team supporting clients across the UAE, KSA, and the wider MENA region. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality support. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Process orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, and account updates accurately.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions within the company's CRM or support system.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve service quality and operational processes.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
One to three years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems, email platforms, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional home workspace.
Ability to work flexible hours based on regional business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting customers within the UAE, KSA, or broader MENA region.
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position supporting customers across the UAE, KSA, and MENA region. The role requires self-motivation, accountability, and strong virtual communication skills. Regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews will be conducted online.
