Reza Investment is a key player in the Middle East/North Africa (MENA) region. Established in 1976, the company is headquartered in Jeddah with branches in Riyadh, Al Khobar, Qatar, Bahrain, and United Arab Emirates.

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive outstanding support and service with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or in-person communication.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Use computer systems and customer service software (CRM or internal platforms) to record, track, and manage customer requests.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or diploma degree required, bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or a related field) is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Experience: 02 years in customer-facing roles (customer service, call center, retail, or front desk).

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
