RoseMary Paris and Rose Kids are hiring Customer Service Representatives (Arabic) to work in our headquarters in Beverley Hills-Elsheikh Zayed city
Job Type: [Full-time on-site]
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfaction.
Record feedback and complaints, and forward them to the relevant departments.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar customer service role from 1 to 2 years.
Graduates only with a bachelors degree.
Preferably from 6th of October city .
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with different personalities.
Proficiency in using Excel and office software.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
