This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Customer Service Representative (Spanish speaker). The role involves handling inquiries, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, assisting with property-related inquiries, managing communications with Spanish-speaking clients, and enhancing overall customer experience. The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Care
• Proficiency in ensuring positive Customer Satisfaction and managing Customer Experience effectively
• Fluency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Prior experience in a customer-facing or client service role is an asset
• Familiarity with the real estate industry in Dubai is an advantage
