We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Arabic & English)

Starco Holding – E-Commerce Department

Location: City Stars, Cairo (On-Site) | Employment Type: Full-time | Department: E-Commerce

Starco Holding's E-Commerce department is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Arabic and English to manage customer communications across all current and future Starco Holding e-commerce websites. This role requires strong multi-tasking abilities and close coordination with multiple internal departments to ensure every customer inquiry is resolved efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries across all current and future Starco Holding e-commerce websites via chat, email, and phone
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in both Arabic and English
  • Coordinate with the Fulfillment department regarding new order inquiries, refunds, and exchanges
  • Coordinate with the Accounting department to process and follow up on refunds and exchanges
  • Track order status, shipping updates, returns, and exchanges, ensuring timely communication with customers
  • Follow up consistently with relevant departments until each inquiry is fully resolved
  • Oversee that all customer inquiries are answered professionally and within service standards
  • Maintain organized documentation of customer interactions, cases, and follow-ups
  • Identify recurring issues across departments and report patterns to management
  • Manage multiple ongoing inquiries simultaneously across different websites and departments

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) — required
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within e-commerce, retail, or order fulfillment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
  • Proven ability to follow up effectively across different departments (accounting, fulfillment, logistics)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and order management systems
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent, professional communication standards
  • Must be based in or able to commute to City Stars, Cairo, for on-site work
