The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout service interactions.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in sales or travel-related services is preferred.
- Flexibility with rotational shifts.
- Proficiency in English.
