We are looking for a dedicatedCustomer Service Representativeto support ourLuxury Home Spaservices. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Assist customers with appointments, modifications, cancellations.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain knowledge of all home spa products and services.
- Educate customers on product benefits and options.
Customer Retention:
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collect and report customer feedback.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on customer inquiries and feedback.
Requirements
- Experience as a Customer Service Representative in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of locations in Dubai and Au Dhabi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with customer service software.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai Silicon Oasis: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
