Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative, based in Egypt. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers to answer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide information about products or services. The role involves identifying customer needs, promoting sales opportunities, and maintaining positive relationships with clients while achieving set sales targets. Additionally, the candidate will be required to handle customer accounts, process transactions, and document interactions for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction and relationship management
  • Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, active listening, and conflict resolution to handle customer complaints effectively
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing customer accounts and tracking sales performance
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-based environment
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
