Customer Service / Sales Specialist (English B2)

Job Description

TP is hiring English Customer Service / Sales Specialist for a US account. You will be handling billing concerns, payment status, and sales for lines of business, You should have good intent and skills to provide excellent customer service.

Full-time, on-site, voice account, based in New Cairo, Egypt.

We are looking for

• English fluent speaker (B2 or higher)

• Flexible with rotational & night shifts

• Graduates or Dropouts (above 30 yrs)

• Net salary up to 21,000K EGP
