Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Sales Specialist role based in Qesm El Maadi. The specialist will respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and accurate information about MICO WORLD products and services. Daily tasks include resolving user issues, guiding customers through app features, and recommending suitable services or packages to drive sales conversions. The role involves managing customer accounts, following up on pending cases, and maintaining detailed records in the CRM system. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues, gather user feedback, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with a track record of building trust and long-term user relationships.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills, including clear verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a contact center environment, ideally within tech, apps, or social platforms.
- Comfort using CRM or ticketing systems, and the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills, resilience under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi on a full-time schedule, including possible evening or weekend shifts as needed.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
