Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with the ability to handle feedback and resolve issues effectively.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, including cross-selling and upselling in a customer-centric way.
  • Ability to work on-site in Giza, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM or ticketing systems and standard office software.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
