Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cairo. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues accurately and promptly. Daily tasks include managing customer support interactions, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and liaising with relevant departments to address complex customer needs. The role requires providing exceptional service to reinforce customer loyalty and optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • English level B2/C1
  • Flexibility with night and overnight shift
