Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in New Cairo. The specialist will handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product information, resolving complaints, processing orders, handling returns, and following up to ensure a positive customer experience. The role requires accurate documentation of interactions and collaboration with other teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.

  • Focus on delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction and enhancing the overall Customer Experience.
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette to communicate effectively and sympathetically with customers.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant office tools and CRM systems.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus.
