Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at RAYA CX, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Customer Service Specialist will handle customer inquiries, offer resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery. Core responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone, problem-solving, and maintaining high service quality to enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Customer Experience and Phone Etiquette
  • Ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues in a clear and professional manner
  • Proven capacity to build positive relationships with customers
  • Fluency in English (B2+ level or higher) is required
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory
