About the Role
Foundever is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a well-established international car rental account. In this role, you will support customers through their rental journey, handling inquiries, reservations, and service-related requests with professionalism and efficiency. Given the nature of the account, candidates must be fully comfortable working night and overnight shifts on a rotational basis.
Location: Nasr City, City Stars
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls and live chat
- Assist customers with reservations, modifications, and issue resolution
- Maintain high quality and adherence standards across all interactions
- Meet and sustain account KPIs consistently
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary up to 22,200 EGP gross
- Medical and social insurance
- Door-to-door transportation provided (for both males and females) for all shifts departing between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM
- Promotions after 6 months based on performance
- Training: Fully paid
Requirements
- Minimum B2+ English level (written and spoken) is required
- University degree is required (graduates only)
- Males must present their original military service certificate upon application
- Full availability for rotational shifts, with a strong bias toward night and overnight hours
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
