Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Specialist will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and timely resolutions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic issues, documenting interactions in internal systems, and following defined processes and scripts while maintaining high-quality service. The role will support customer satisfaction and retention by actively listening, showing empathy, and escalating complex cases when needed. The specialist will also collaborate with team members and leaders to meet performance targets and participate in training to stay up to date on products, services, and procedures.
