Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role based in Ad Dammm. The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key tasks include professionally handling customer communications via phone and other channels, resolving issues efficiently, managing customer relationships, recording feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve service quality.
