Role Description

The Customer Service Specialist - Sales account is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. In this position, the specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, resolve issues, and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role also involves utilizing best practices in customer service for effective communication and creating positive experiences that align with the company's values and goals.

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction to ensure effective handling of inquiries and issues
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Customer Service to maintain professionalism and build rapport with customers
  • Focus on Customer Experience to deliver meaningful and enjoyable interactions that foster loyalty
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales-oriented roles is a plus
  • Fluency in English.
