Job Description

  • Support the sales process by providing timely, error-free quotes that contribute to revenue generation.
  • Ensure and enable the customer service team responds to customer inquiries and complaints accurately and within agreed timeframes, maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Maintain and develop strong working relationships with global agents, across all regions, to support collaboration and business growth.
  • Lead and guide customer service team members to ensure efficient quotation preparation, accurate cost analysis, and consistent service standards.
  • Oversee RFQs and tender submissions to ensure accurate pricing, complete documentation, and timely submission in line with requirements.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with service providers while identifying improved agents and suppliers to ensure high service quality and competitive offerings.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the same role.
  • Graduate of any management-related courses.
  • Good negotiation, time-management, multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and able to learn new software quickly.
