Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Customer Service Supervisor. The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily customer service operations, ensuring team members meet performance and customer satisfaction goals, providing guidance and training to staff, and addressing customer needs and concerns effectively. The supervisor will also liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven Supervisory Skills, including team management and mentoring capabilities
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Customer Support and Customer Service principles
  • Demonstrated expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and manage day-to-day operations
  • Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English are highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service Management, or a related field is preferred
