Job Description

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent command of English is a must
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and RTO (Return to Origin) cases to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Contact customers to follow up on undelivered orders and identify the reasons for non-delivery.
  • Communicate with shipping companies and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare order reports, statistics, and performance analysis to support operational improvements and decision-making.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with customers
  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of English is a must
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
