Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist (English speaker) based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism, and managing interactions through various communication channels. The specialist will maintain high-quality service by practicing strong phone etiquette, actively resolving customer issues, and upholding an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and effective communication skills
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service or related role is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
