Customer Success & Account Manager

About Us

Life Smoothies is one of the leading suppliers of premium frozen smoothies and beverage solutions, supplying cafés, restaurants, hotels, schools, offices, and foodservice operators. We are looking for an experienced Customer Success & Account Manager who is passionate about building long-term customer relationships and helping our clients grow their business.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit existing customers on a regular schedule.

* Build strong relationships with owners, managers, and staff.

* Ensure customers are satisfied with our products and service.

* Follow up on customer orders and encourage consistent purchasing.

* Reactivate customers who have reduced or stopped ordering.

* Identify opportunities to introduce new products and increase sales.

* Resolve customer concerns quickly by coordinating with internal departments.

* Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.

* Monitor competitor activity and report opportunities.

* Maintain accurate CRM records, visit reports, and follow-up schedules.

* Work closely with the sales manager and sales team to support account growth.

* Ensure menus, and promotional material are correctly displayed where applicable.

* Achieve monthly KPIs for customer retention, account growth, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years experience in foodservice, foodstuff trading, FMCG, or beverage sales.

* Strong experience managing existing customer accounts.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Self-motivated, organised, and proactive.

* Valid Dubai driving licence and own car.

* Experience using CRM systems is an advantage. ODOO/Salesforce

* Fluent English is required.

Salary

AED 8,000 basic salary plus performance-based commission. )only apply if you are comfortable with this basic salary
