Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in customer success needs & in managing day-to-day customer interactions.
  • Providing timely support and solutions to customer queries.
  • Helping with onboarding customers and ensuring they are fully supported during the initial stages.
  • Contributing to customer retention strategies by maintaining regular check-ins and follow-ups.
  • Assist clients on any technical issues and act as a mediator between the client and the tech-team
  • Perform meetings with clients for onboarding experience
  • Required to perform and follow-up quality calls to ensure smooth usability and customer experience.

Job Qualifications:

  • A Holder of a bachelor degree from Management Information System, Business Admin., Computer Science (Non-tech) or any other related field
  • 1 to 2 years max of experience in the software industry is a must
  • Client and Technology Oriented
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Excellent English Written and Spoken
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Preferably owns a car
