About the Role
Youll be the go-to point of contact for a portfolio of e-commerce store owners
managing communications, setting expectations, reporting results, and ensuring they
feel supported, understood, and aligned with the direction were taking their
business.
This is not a customer support role. Its a strategic client-facing position in a fast-
moving performance environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Own relationships with DTC brand owners across multiple verticals
- Run structured onboarding sessions and reset expectations where needed
- Send weekly performance updates with clarity on actions and insights
- Lead proactive calls to pre-empt concerns, surface feedback, and manage
- sentiment
- Collaborate with media buying, creative, and CRO teams to translate
- performance into client language
- Flag at-risk accounts and manage recovery conversations
- Identify opportunities to upsell value-added services (email, CRO, creative)
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years in a client-facing role (account management / customer success / e-
- commerce agency experience strongly preferred)
- Deep familiarity with e-commerce metrics (ROAS, CAC, AOV, retention, etc.)
- Excellent communicator both in calm conflict management and crisp
reporting
- Someone who thrives in a high-ownership, fast-paced, outcome-driven culture
- Not afraid to have honest conversations but knows how to do it with grace
